Book and Appointment

We are currently an in network provider with Vermont Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MVP. If you have Vermont Medicaid, a referral is required prior to attending physical therapy. If you do not have these insurances, email to inquire about our self-pay rates.

For new clients: 

Typically, new clients can be scheduled within 4-6 weeks. However, due to fluctuating demand, there are periods of time in which new clients cannot be immediately scheduled, and may need to be placed on a waitlist.
